Reverend Megan Gant Hager, Family Minister
gantmegan08@gmail.com
My name is Megan Hager. I was born and raised in Huntersville, NC. I was saved and
baptized at the age of seven. I was called to the ministry at the age of 21. I attended
Liberty University where I got my B.S. in Religion and Christian Ministries. I have
worked in the children and youth ministry for many years. I have also been a small
group leader, youth volunteer leader and youth intern. This all occurred before I
accepted the call to be the Family Minister at Jersey Baptist Church on April 1, 2017.
I have a passion for working with children, families, and youth and I know that is what
God has called me to do. I am married to Jared Hager and we have two children,
Emberlee and Davis.

Michelle Clark, Ministry Assistant
I am originally from Northern Maine; however, I have lived in the sunny South for many years. One of my favorite subjects in school was geography, and I was able to put some of that geographic love to use while I worked for a local trucking company for 26 years. It was a fun job. I have one daughter, one son-in-law, and two granddaughters. Both grandchildren are very active in soccer, gymnastics, and swimming. Relaxation to me is reading a good book. I belong to a book club at Denton Public Library. I also love to do arts and crafts such as paper crafting, crocheting, painting, etc.- about anything strikes my fancy. Christmas is my favorite holiday. If I could arrange the seasons to my liking, they would be fall, winter, spring, and summer.
